Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving shift production targets to guarantee a steady flow of products to subsequent stages in the manufacturing process.

  • Safely operating machinery while conducting visual inspections during operation.

Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 1+ years in a manufacturing setting.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office and related software.

Work Schedule

  • This is a full-time role. Occasional evening and weekend shifts may be necessary based on operational needs.

Travel Requirements: No travel is expected for this position.

Work Environment

  • Employees may occasionally encounter fumes, airborne particles, distracting noise levels, and moving mechanical components.

Compensation:

$20 - $21 per hour
