Key Responsibilities

* Assemble and test woodworking machinery models to ensure quality and functionality

* Check and correct tolerances of machinery components

* Perform diagnostic functions using mechanical skills, hand and power tools, and test equipment

* Troubleshoot and rework malfunctions revealed by test data

* Examine production checklists for completeness and quality levels, making adjustments and repairs as needed

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 1-2 years of assembly production experience

* Basic mechanical aptitude

* Basic understanding of navigating KanBan or other production efficiency processes
