Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and other possibilities. These benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Responsibilities
This Administrative Assistant position requires someone who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, setting up calls, distributing agendas, and taking detailed notes or minutes during meetings.
* Maintaining accurate records of ORISE and Title 42 fellows, including funding sources, accounting numbers, and anticipated salaries.
* Providing comprehensive travel support for approximately 10 full-time employees, including processing international travel requests through the Global International Travel System.
* Working closely with senior leadership and budgetary staff to create and maintain an ongoing fiscal year spend plan for the department.
* Ensuring accurate tracking of expenses against the correct accounting streams, and collaborating with staff to ensure timely submission of expense reports.
* Performing other related duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements
* A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience required.
* At least 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, including budget management, calendar coordination, and office procurement.
* Expert-level proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Excellent communication and organization skills, with ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
