Job Summary

As a skilled Registered Nurse 2 at CAMC Health System, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while utilizing critical thinking to identify and meet patient needs. Your leadership traits will contribute to the attainment of patient and departmental goals. You will also assist with unit QI/research projects and implement appropriate nursing actions in response to legal and ethical issues.

Responsibilities

1. Patient Care: You will consistently apply the nursing process in daily practice and manage more complex patients with minimal assistance.2. Knowledge and Skills: You will identify your personal learning needs to remain competent in your area of practice and independently perform advanced skills.3. Professional Relationships/Leadership: You will initiate and demonstrate behaviors that result in positive patient outcomes through group process.4. Quality Improvement/Research: You will expand your understanding of the research process and its application to nursing practice.

1. You will maintain and document all required education.2. You will demonstrate positive customer service and co-worker relations.3. You will comply with the company's attendance policy.4. Education

• Associate's Degree (Required) Experience: 1 Year of RN experience Substitution: May substitute Formal Nursing Program for the Associate Degree

• Bachelor's Degree

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required) • Registered Nurse (Required) • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required)
