This part-time position involves overseeing all aspects of the program, from staff management to team development, ensuring alignment with the school's mission and competitive excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Leadership: Lead the program with a focus on coaching excellence and creating a strong team culture.
  • Staff Management: Organize coaches and disciplines to unify all athletes within the program.
  • Communication: Effective communication with all program stakeholders, including athletes, coaches, and parents.
  • Program Management: Manage program budget for uniforms, equipment, competitions, and more.
  • Player Development: Promote multisport participation and prioritize athletes' holistic development.
  • Community Relations: Build relationships with external entities related to the baseball program.
  • Strategic Planning: Create a strategic calendar for academic and competitive success.
  • Representation: Represent The Archdiocese of Seattle at various events and seek educational opportunities in the sport.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all coaching and employment requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Extensive experience in baseball with coaching experience.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Dedication to diversity, equity, inclusion, and the school's mission.
  • Catholic Values: Support for the values of a Catholic, Jesuit high school.
  • Validations: Valid Washington Driver's License and ability to attend all program activities.
  • Certifications: First Aid and CPR certifications or willingness to obtain them.
  • Background Checks: Successful completion of background checks and training.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $8,705 - $14,020 annually. Salary based on qualifications. This position is not benefit eligible.
