**Become a Home Care Professional with Sweet Homemaker**

We're seeking certified home health aides to provide exceptional care to our clients in Middlesex County, CT. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals stay safe at home.

**Job Summary:**

We're looking for compassionate and skilled professionals to join our team as Home Care Professionals. You'll work closely with our clients, providing personal care, assistance with daily activities, and emotional support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to medical personnel
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to clients and their families

**Requirements:**

  • Certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
  • Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed
  • Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency
  • Demonstrated adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills

**Salary:** $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
