* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

* Working closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

* Ensuring the smooth operation of office functions, including reception, reservations, and administrative tasks

* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion

* Providing support to colleagues as needed, ensuring seamless coverage and continuity

* Staying organized and managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively

* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions
