Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site customer installation support, operational optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Act as a contributing member of our R&D and combustion product design team.
  • Offer technical assistance for sales proposals and order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, process, or chemical engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of combustion principles, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, chemistry, and heat transfer.
  • Ability to think critically and work autonomously in field settings.
  • Capable of functioning independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong technical and business insight.
  • Self-motivated, proactive problem solver.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in the burner, boiler, flare, or process heater sectors.
  • Experience in oil refineries, petrochemical facilities, or similar environments.
  • Familiarity with technical sales or project management roles.
