The University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business is seeking a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior to join our esteemed faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong research agenda, a proven track record of publishing in top-tier journals, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students at the undergraduate, MBA, and executive levels. A Ph.D. from an accredited institution is required, and applicants must have fully completed their degree at the time of appointment.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be expected to:
- Contribute to the department's research excellence by publishing high-quality papers in top-tier journals
- Teach and develop courses in organizational behavior, leadership, and related areas
- Mentor and advise students at the undergraduate, MBA, and executive levels
- Participate in departmental and university service, including committee work and outreach activities

- Excellent teaching and mentoring skills, with experience in teaching and advising students at the undergraduate, MBA, and executive levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds
