Job Summary

The Senior Energy Analyst Environmental Sustainability is a key role within the HealthTrust organization, responsible for monitoring energy usage and developing strategic plans for energy-efficient improvements. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to create and interpret complex financial models, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze energy trends and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for energy-efficient improvements
  • Support sustainability initiatives and greenhouse gas accounting and mitigation
  • Collaborate with the FacilitiGroup Environmental Sustainability team and other stakeholders
  • Communicate energy analysis reporting performance with all stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 5 years' experience in energy and/or environmental sustainability
  • Understanding of facility operations in large acute care facilities and energy consumption cost drivers
  • Experience in energy management and controls, energy auditing, or facilities management
