Job Summary:

Favor Partners is seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Program Manager to support the growth of the company through Sales, Engineering, and Project Management activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience with specialty metal forming or metals manufacturing, as well as experience with aerospace industry standards and supplier requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend trade shows and present to customers to support new customer/program acquisitions
  • Obtain RFQ's, execute quotations, and develop in-depth knowledge of target markets, customers, and applications
  • Work closely with internal departments to support new project implementation, existing project execution, quality related initiatives, and control of sensitive information
  • Travel as required, estimated between 10% to 25%
  • Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) to support project management and technical sales activities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Technical role
  • Program management or Technical Sales background or desire
  • AEROSPACE customer contacts
  • Project Management experience a must
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience required
  • Engineering Degree (Aerospace, Mechanical preferred) can be offset with solid practical experience solving material challenges
