Job Title: Digital Forensics Specialist

GeoLogics Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Digital Forensics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough digital forensic analyses to identify and mitigate potential security threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and Maintain Technical Specifications: Develop and maintain functional and technical specifications to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Develop Comprehensive Test Plans: Create detailed test plans, procedures, and schedules to coordinate subsystem and system testing activities.
  • Analyze Test Results: Conduct thorough analysis of test results and prepare detailed reports to verify and validate system performance.
  • Write Discrepancy Reports: Prepare discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing to ensure fixes are implemented and validated.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ Years of Experience: Possess 10+ years of professional experience in Digital Forensics or a related field.
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance: Hold an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Reverse Engineering Experience: Have experience in reverse engineering related to malware analysis.
  • Packet and Network Traffic Analysis: Possess proficiency in packet and network traffic analysis.
  • Memory Forensics Experience: Have experience with memory forensics.
  • Mobile Device Forensics Expertise: Possess expertise in mobile device forensics.
  • Media Forensics Knowledge: Have knowledge of media forensics, including hard drives, solid-state drives, mobile devices, and virtual machines.
  • Python Coding Experience: Possess experience with Python coding and development.
Desired Skills:
  • C Coding Experience: Have experience with C coding and development.
  • Linux Experience: Possess experience with Linux.
  • VMWare vSphere Experience: Have experience with VMWare vSphere.
  • Strong Background in Software Testing: Possess a strong background in software testing and technical writing.
