Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Safety, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and sanitation standards.
  • Understand and execute requirements for product sampling, adhering to established procedures for quality assurance.
  • Conduct sampling of finished products for quality assurance testing, preparing necessary documentation and submitting samples for analysis.
  • Perform integrity tests on product seals and ensure that equipment adjustments are made to maintain compliance.
  • Identify and document any non-conformances, reporting them to the appropriate personnel for immediate resolution.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper levels of the Haug tank at the beginning of each shift and throughout the day.
  • Record leaks, non-conformances, and sample submissions in the quality assurance database.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; basic mathematical skills are required.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, cold, and wet production environment.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs frequently throughout the day.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Work Environment:

This position involves using ladders and accessing elevated equipment, regularly working near moving machinery, and exposure to cold conditions for extended periods. The role may also involve working in humid environments, with potential exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals. The noise level in the workplace is typically high.
