Homecare Nurse Specialist

About the Role
We are currently looking for a skilled Homecare Nurse to provide high-quality care for a patient in North Waterboro, ME. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients with complex medical needs and be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to the patient based on their specific needs and goals
- Monitor and manage the patient's medical conditions, including epilepsy, cerebral palsy, autism, and hydrocephalus
- Develop and implement effective care plans that address the patient's physical, emotional, and social needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Maine
- Experience working with patients with complex medical needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
