About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team at Sedgewood Commons. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes, and fostering meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
Job Highlights:
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Have experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing (preferred).
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $92,000, depending on location and experience.
