Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales quotas
  • Build and maintain a customer base through cold calling and relationship-building
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to stay up-to-date on OEC Group's products and services
  • Offer solutions to clients through OEC Group's services, including ocean, air, warehousing & distribution, LTL & FTL transportation, cargo insurance, and customs brokerage
  • Utilize Sugar (CRM) to track client information, build sales pipelines, and measure KPIs
  • Work closely with the sales support team to ensure client needs are met
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of freight forwarding business development or outside sales experience
  • Possesses a book of business in international ocean, air, and/or customs brokerage
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality to continuously bring in new business opportunities

  • Competitive salary: $65,000-$75,000 annually based on education and experience level
