Role Overview:

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the investment execution process, working closely with various internal teams. This position offers significant opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Investment team and external legal representatives to gather essential documentation for transaction closures.
  • Analyze and review seller and manager documents to create and update investment schedules in preparation for closing.
  • Work with offshore teams to ensure accurate and timely entry of investment data into relevant systems.
  • Coordinate with the Expense Management team to ensure prompt payment of investment-related costs.
  • Engage with various departments to maintain data integrity and ensure investments are compliant and up-to-date.
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders throughout the transaction process to ensure efficient execution of investments.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a proven track record of excellence in their previous roles.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5+ years of relevant experience in operations, audit, or accounting; familiarity with private equity is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's Degree with commendable academic performance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with outstanding project management skills.
  • Proficient in planning, communicating, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to foster relationships across various teams.
  • Driven and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
