  • Create reports for management on security status to provide visibility into security operations.
  • Analyze data to form proposals for improvements, such as the implementation of new technology, to enhance security operations.
  • Ensure payroll submissions are correct and verified to prevent any discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance within the staff to maintain the highest level of security standards.
  • Labor relations to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure staffing numbers are adequate to meet security needs.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a security manager or similar position.
  • Experience using relevant technology and equipment, such as CCTV.
  • Experience in reporting and emergency response planning.
  • Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of ADP.
  • Working knowledge of Winteam.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Committed and reliable.
  • High school diploma; further education in security administration or a similar field will be an asset.
