Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Patent Agent to assist clients with cutting-edge mechanical and medical devices technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Counseling and Intellectual Property Strategy
  • Respond to USPTO Office Actions
  • Develop and Implement IP Strategies

Requirements

  • Mechanical Engineering or Similar Degree
  • 4+ Years of Patent Prosecution Experience in Mechanical Fields
  • Top Grades and Outstanding Writing Ability
  • USPTO Admission

Compensation

Competitive base salary ranging from $160,000 to $180,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications, skills, bar admissions, and relevant experience.
