Responsibilities and Duties

  • Client Counseling
  • USPTO Office Actions Candidate will respond to office actions with the USPTO.
  • IP Strategy

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ideal Degrees Ideal candidates will have a Mechanical Engineering or similar degrees. 
  • Ideally, 4+ years of patent prosecution experience in mechanical fields. 
  • Top grades.
  • Outstanding writing ability is required. 
  • USPTO admitted.

Anticipated Compensation:

Competitive base salary ranging from $160,000 to $180,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications, skills, bar admissions, and relevant experience.
