We are seeking a seasoned ERP Solutions Architect with extensive experience in ERP systems. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our ERP, CRM, and Quote to Cash solutions are aligned with our business strategy, supported by a well-structured master data and information architecture.

You should possess a solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate these into system functionalities.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee ERP configuration and customization.
  • Engage in discussions regarding architecture and solution alternatives, providing recommendations and implications to key stakeholders.
  • Create functional process and solution documentation that articulates business processes and user requirements.
  • Ensure that system modifications align with the company's strategic objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders and coordinate training for superusers and end-users.
  • Stay informed about technological advancements, system updates, new functionalities, and ISVs, ensuring we leverage these developments to our advantage.
  • Maintain a comprehensive information architecture and master data framework.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in ERP functional design and information architecture.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ERP implementation and configuration.
  • Experience with CRM/CPQ functional design and information architecture.
  • Proficient in CRM/CPQ implementation and configuration.
  • Familiarity with Workday, SFDC, and Zuora is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of business application tools (ERP, CPQ).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships, with a structured and methodical approach.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical/business experience.
  • A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of relevant work experience, with 2-3 years at an expert level or equivalent experience preferred.
  • More than 5 years of practical experience in designing and building enterprise or distributed software systems preferred.
