Job Summary

The Executive Director of Operations will report directly to the Regional Vice President and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Company account. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations, and a commitment to superior food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
  • Manage overall day-to-day operations of the account
  • Conduct HR functions, including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations
  • Oversee scheduling, payroll, and team training
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients, as well as other departments
  • Work with the Chef and management team to create menus and provide top-quality food
  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred
  • Five years of foodservice operation experience
  • High-volume production and catering experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing a budget
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
