Customer Service Representative II

The Customer Service Representative II is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by resolving complex customer issues through detailed account research and case resolution.
This role involves assisting customers with special and/or challenging issues, processing returned mail, and responding to inbound mail. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette, verbal communication skills, and a strong ability to work in a team environment.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a thorough knowledge of customer service center operations, promoting positive customer relations, and consistently meeting established productivity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve customer complaints concerning billing or service rendered in a timely and professional manner
- Process returned mail and respond to inbound mail in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist customers with special and/or challenging issues through detailed account research and case resolution
- Provide support in posting payments and processing account updates
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management to resolve issues and meet customer needs
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Six (6) months customer service experience required
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible with scheduling
- Ability to read and comprehend normal instructions, correspondence, and memos
