Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events, including coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring that all logistical details are in place.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will be a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement event plans, including coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring that all logistical details are in place.
  • Manage event teams, including hiring, training, and leading staff.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure that all expenses are accounted for.
  • Ensure that all events are executed to a high standard, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Experience in managing budgets and ensuring that all expenses are accounted for.
  • Ability to travel frequently, including some nights and weekends.
