The Dishwasher is a vital member of our food service team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and dining areas. As a Dishwasher, you will play a key role in ensuring the health and safety of our guests and staff.


Key Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares to the highest standards.
  • Ensure all items are cleaned and sanitized to prevent contamination and maintain a safe food environment.
  • Utilize and implement M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen.
  • Remove all trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in a safe and clean condition.
  • Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
  • Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.

Requirements
  • Experience working in a restaurant or food service venue is preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner.
  • Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.
