Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Salary Range: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks, ensuring all components, tools, and procedures are ready for use.
  • Equipment Oversight: Oversee the assembly, cleaning, and disassembly of machinery and components.
  • Support & Fabrication: Aid in the cleaning of equipment and standard fabrication activities.
  • Jigs & Fixtures: Construct and modify jigs and manufacturing-related fixtures.
  • Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to team members on electrical, hydraulic, welding, and other technical issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure quality control of materials and processes, adhering to organizational and safety regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Maintenance Proficiency: Skilled in materials, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
  • Electrical & CNC Expertise: Strong electrical capabilities and familiarity with CNC machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
  • Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to comply with company safety protocols.
  • Analytical Skills: Competence in assessing situations, evaluating options, and prioritizing effectively.
  • Self-Driven: Committed to achieving results and fostering continuous improvement.
Physical Demands:
  • Mobility: Ability to climb ladders, bend, pull, push, and work in restricted spaces.
  • Work Environment: Capable of functioning in a hot manufacturing atmosphere.
  • Safety Gear: Required to wear protective equipment and handle all tools and machinery safely.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in maintenance within a manufacturing context.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Licensure: Valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work alternative shifts as needed.
