About the Role

As a Behavioral Health Program Manager with Kings View Corporation, you will have the opportunity to lead our Fresno-based SUD clinical supervision team. With a strong background in substance abuse treatment and leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures, and developing program strategies to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical programs to meet the needs of underserved communities
  • Provide daily clinical supervision to counseling staff, promoting best practices and quality care
  • Cultivate partnerships with community organizations to expand service reach and impact
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely submission to regulatory bodies
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Two years of experience in substance abuse treatment, with a focus on leadership and program development
  • Valid California driver's license; Class C driving license required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of current laws, regulations, and guidelines governing SUD services

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $73,000 - $93,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) plan, vacation time, and twelve paid holidays.
