We are looking for a skilled Behavioral Health Professional to join our team of dedicated individuals who provide ethical and effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Our company, Achieve Behavior Change, strongly believes in investing in our team to help reach our goals together.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities. As a Registered Behavioral Technician, you will assist in data collection for assessments, implement intervention activities according to the intervention plan provided by your supervisor, and demonstrate behavior analytic principles under the guidance of supervision.

In addition to working with our clients, you will also be part of a collaborative clinical team that inspires change, provides compassionate service, and holds each other accountable for progress. We believe in fostering a positive work environment that supports professional growth and development.

Our ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. They will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
