Job Description

The Center Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center, including staff supervision, facility maintenance, and resource management. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage a team of educators and support staff to deliver high-quality programs and services.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the center's facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, including regular inspections and repairs.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of center resources, including equipment, supplies, and technology.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; minimum 2 years experience in childcare leadership or management.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
