Soliant is seeking a highly skilled School Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a dynamic educational environment. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and addressing students' communication needs, designing and implementing tailored therapy plans, and collaborating with educators, parents, and professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assess students' communication skills and develop individualized therapy plans to address their needs.
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to ensure effective communication and support for students.
- Design and implement therapy plans that promote language development and communication skills.
- Provide regular progress updates to parents and educators on students' communication progress.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of student progress and therapy plans.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Texas SLP licensure.
- Experience working in a school-based setting (preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
