About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in our laboratory setting. As a Clinical Lab Scientist, you will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and procedures, analyzing results, and providing accurate diagnoses.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in laboratory procedures and instrumentation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including blood draws and sample analysis
- Analyze results and provide accurate diagnoses
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with the laboratory team to ensure efficient and accurate testing
- Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory procedures and technologies
- Graduation from a NAACLS accredited program
- Licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Supervisor
- Basic knowledge of laboratory information systems
- Critical thinking skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
