Nurture the living, care for the wounded, and honor the fallen. This is our call as spiritual leaders in the U.S. Army.

Chaplain Opportunities
  • US Army Reserve Chaplains (Part Time)

Provide religious support for soldiers and their families while advising unit commanders on religion, morale, and the moral climate.

  • Serve part-time, 2 days per month, and 2 weeks for annual training.

This role offers a unique opportunity to balance ministry and family life.

Active Duty US Army Chaplains (Full Time)

Provide comprehensive spiritual support for soldiers and their families while serving as advisors to unit commanders.

  • Serve full-time on active duty, making a significant impact on the lives of those in the military community.
Chaplain Candidates, US Army Reserve (Part Time)

Serve in a mentoring relationship with a USAR chaplain, one weekend per month, while pursuing theological studies and professional development opportunities.

  • Pursue a Master's degree from an accredited seminary and prepare for future service as an Army Chaplain.
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Active Duty Chaplain: A 72-credit Master's degree from an accredited seminary.
  • Reserve Chaplain: A 72-credit hour Master's degree from an accredited seminary.
  • Chaplain Candidate: A 120-credit Bachelor's degree from an accredited school, currently enrolled in a seminary pursuing a graduate-level theological degree.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • $80,000 to $120,000 annually.
