Overview
As a recognized leader in the construction management sector, The LiRo Group delivers comprehensive solutions encompassing construction, design, and technology for a diverse clientele in both public and private domains.
In light of our ongoing expansion, we are in search of Construction Inspectors to oversee various projects across New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of systems, products, roadways, bridges, and other infrastructure to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
- Offer technical guidance to contractors, maintain daily progress documentation, address complaints and requests, and verify contractor compliance with contractual obligations and construction specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the Engineer of Record to guarantee proper installation and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Proficient understanding of the methods, materials, and design principles associated with various infrastructure projects, particularly in water and sewer systems.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations at local, state, and federal levels relevant to the construction of water and sewer facilities.
- Capability to perform detailed technical inspections and interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications, and record documents.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Knowledgeable in all applicable standards and safety protocols.
