Responsibilities- Collect and document patient information, ensuring accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Perform various clinical tasks, including medication administration and lab draws, under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.
- Assist with procedures, such as CPR and other medical interventions, as delegated by the patient's physician or RN.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and workflow efficiency.
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or LPN.
- Basic Life Support Certification.
- Ambulatory care experience preferred.
- AAMA Certification preferred.
