Therapeutic Coaching Team Lead Specialist

YAI, a leading provider of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and mental health needs, is seeking a Therapeutic Coaching Team Lead to join our team. As a critical member of our START program, you will play a vital role in providing direct supervision to a team of Coordinators and collaborating on developing effective START plans for the individuals we support.
,Job Summary:
As a Therapeutic Coaching Team Lead at YAI, you will be responsible for providing administrative supervision to START Coordinators, maintaining linkages and relationships with community partners, ensuring the coordination of support meetings and crisis plans for individuals served through START, and participating in recurring meetings with START leadership, clinical team, and Resource Center.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for an experienced professional with a Master's degree in Mental Health, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with I/DD and mental health needs is preferred. Prior experience as a START Coordinator or certification within 12 months is also a plus. One year of supervisory experience is strongly encouraged.
