Position Overview:

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the department leadership by managing clinical operations within the unit. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating departmental activities and overseeing shift operations.
- Ensuring that patient care adheres to established quality standards.
- Facilitating communication between medical staff and the patient care team, fostering collaboration across departments.
- Supervising nursing staff, authorizing procedures, and delegating tasks effectively.
- Providing insights and recommendations regarding staff development and performance management.
- Promoting patient health and safety through adherence to nursing protocols and state regulations.
- Upholding the organization's mission and core values in all interactions.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following:
Educational Background:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of one year of clinical RN experience is required.
Licensure and Certification:
- Active RN license in the state of employment.
- National Nursing Certification in the relevant specialty area.
Physical Demands:
- Medium Work - Ability to exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly.
