- Customer Service: Respond to customer issues, resolve their needs, and maintain a clean store environment safe from hazards.
- Supervision: Lead the retail staff, hire for vacant positions, organize special store functions, and manage staff weekly schedules.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Leadership Skills: Proven record of motivating staff, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of balancing and maintaining budgets.
