The primary objective of this role is to support agents with transactional processes, serving as an impartial facilitator and working closely with the Regional Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist agents in addressing transactional challenges while ensuring adherence to real estate brokerage regulations, including Fair Housing, civil rights, Maine Real Estate laws, and the Realtor Code of Ethics.
• Foster a positive office environment in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director and Business Support Specialist.
• Engage in office meetings and discussions.
• Review transactions on a daily basis to guarantee compliance with agency standards.
• Collaborate with other Designated Brokers to resolve issues as needed.
Qualifications:
• Active Broker License is mandatory.
• Active membership in the local Realtor association is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Maine Real Estate transactions is essential.
Preferred Skills:
• Leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, effective time management, and the capacity to interact with diverse personalities.
