**Per Diem Hospice Nursing Position**

MaineGeneral Health seeks a highly skilled and empathetic Registered Nurse to fill a per diem hospice nursing role. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital part in ensuring high-quality patient care and support throughout their end-of-life journey.

**Primary Responsibilities**

  • Evaluate patient status and make recommendations for care and services.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, incorporating input from healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor patient condition and adjust care plans accordingly.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

  • A valid Maine Registered Nurse license or equivalent from a compact state.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospice care, home health, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
