Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Registrar to join our team at TriStar Skyline Medical Center. As a Medical Registrar, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate patient registration, verifying insurance coverage, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview patients to obtain all necessary account information and verify insurance coverage
  • Provide accurate and efficient patient registration, including calculating and collecting patient liability amounts
  • Ensure all necessary signatures are obtained for treatments and assign insurance plans accurately
  • Verify insurance benefits and determine pre-certification/authorization status
  • Process patient charts according to established productivity standards
Requirements
  • 1 year of related experience preferred
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
