Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment and facilities.

  • Repair and replace equipment and parts as needed to ensure optimal performance.

  • Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.

  • At least 6 months of experience in maintenance, mechanical, or manufacturing.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 51 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with electrical, mechanical, and vacuum systems.

  • Knowledge of computer applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Proven electro/mechanical skills and experience with robotics.

Working Conditions:

  • Will sit, stand, or walk short distances for up to 12 hours per day.

  • Will climb stairs on an occasional basis.

  • Will lift up to 37 pounds on a frequent basis.

  • Will push or pull up to 27 pounds of force on an occasional basis.

  • Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects repetitively on a frequent basis.

  • 20/40 vision in each eye (with or without correction) and the ability to distinguish between red, yellow, and green is required.

  • May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis.

  • May stoop, kneel, or bend on an occasional basis.

  • Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures.

  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including steel-toed shoes, cut-resistant gloves, jackets, aprons, and/or arm guards, safety glasses, and hearing protection.

Salary Information:

$23.00-$29.00 per hour.
