Clinical Decision Unit Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a Clinical Decision Unit Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure in the state of Oregon and wherever care is provided.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- National certification in the specialty area of Clinical Decision Unit nursing.
