Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site evaluations in accordance with AWS standards for data centers and telecommunications facilities.
  • Analyze vendor critical infrastructure designs and perform risk assessments to evaluate their compatibility with AWS cloud services.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field, or 6+ years of relevant industry or military experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the design, engineering, and operations of Data Centers or Telecommunications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in engineering.
  • 10+ years of cumulative experience in data center design.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
  • Prior experience in project management, such as PMP or PMI certification.
