Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. This will involve working with pediatric and adult patients, providing skilled nursing services, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements:

  • Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
