About the Role

Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Inpatient Telemetry Nurse to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work with a talented group of healthcare professionals.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with experience in telemetry care to fill this position. As an Inpatient Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient reactions and side effects.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
Requirements
  • Curently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • BLS required prior to orientation completion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience and location.
