Job Summary:
The Medical Assistant Apprent I is enrolled in a Medical Apprenticeship and Credentialed Training program. Under the direction and supervision of the Program Manager, Practice Manager, and/or Supervising RN, the Medical Assistant Apprent I performs administrative and direct patient care tasks. The Medical Assistant Apprent I supports the mission and values of the organization and understands the needs of the practice.

Responsibilities:
Perform administrative and direct patient care tasks under the supervision of certified and credentialed staff
Support the mission and values of the organization
Understand the needs of the practice

Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
College Courses In Medical Assisting Required
Must be currently enrolled with Wake Tech Community College
