Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to clients in the propane industry. This will involve resolving customer inquiries and/or complaints, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate customer records. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. Additionally, you will need to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and effectively manage time. You should also be dependable with a stable work history and able to follow verbal and written directions. Additionally, you must be able to maintain stability under pressure and be flexible and willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary.
Compensation
This position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, vision, and dental plans, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and paid time off plus holidays.
