Key Responsibilities:

As a Residential Construction Manager, your primary duties will include:

  • Overseeing all phases of construction projects, including budget management, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Supervising Lead Carpenters to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Managing daily project timelines and coordinating the procurement of necessary materials and tools.
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Conducting site visits to monitor adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
  • Facilitating positive relationships with inspectors and conducting post-project evaluations.
  • Implementing training initiatives for staff to enhance skills and performance.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a Project Management role within the construction industry.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in residential construction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and climb ladders safely.
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.
