We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Civil Construction Manager to join our team at Psomas. As a key member of our Construction Management Team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily construction management activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement construction plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Oversee and manage construction teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Active California Professional Engineering (PE) License or accreditation as a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) through Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
- 10 to 15+ years of experience managing construction or engineering for wastewater facilities, public works infrastructure, and heavy civil projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $200,000 per year.
- 8 paid holidays and 3-4 weeks of PTO per year.
