Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Zero Impact Builders. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in the installation and maintenance of our renewable energy solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general labor tasks, including concrete work, forming, pouring, mixing, and finishing.
  • Work with various materials, such as conduit, PVC, EMT, underground, and overhead.
  • Install transformers and switchboards.
  • Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards.
  • Load and unload building materials and equipment.
  • Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth for construction.
  • Operate and control heavy-duty equipment and machinery, such as Bobcats, backhoes, and excavators.
  • Build or dismantle bracing, barricades, forms, scaffolding, and other structures.
  • Follow construction plans, blueprints, and instructions provided by management.
Requirements
  • Experience in general labor and construction.
  • Commitment to quality work and safety.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
  • Familiarity with reading blueprints.
